Purchasing
Submitting an order proposes a purchase; it is accepted subject to availability, correct details, authorized payment, security checks and a serviceable destination. CAD prices, taxes and delivery charges are presented through checkout. Usual preparation after authorization is 1–2 business days and estimated transport after dispatch is 4–6 business days; consult Shipping Policy.
Returns, exchange and rights
We accept requests within 30 days after delivery for defective items and qualifying non-defective new items, and take exchange requests. An item without a defect needs to be new, unused and in original condition. First obtain approval, then mail it using the free prepaid label supplied in the original parcel. No restocking fee is charged. We process and initiate an approved refund to the original method within 10 days, while posting can take longer. Details are in Refund Policy.
